Why does coaching work
Coaching works because it brings out your best. A coach believes you have most or all of the answers and is trained to bring them out (painlessly)! Coaches also may suggest additional options for you to consider.
Specifically, this is what Honorée will do with you during coaching sessions:
Listen. She will listen fully. You are the focus. She will listen to what you say, what you are trying to say and what you are not saying.
Share. After you have fully communicated, Honorée will share with you advice, ideas, comments, suggestions and views on your situation, dilemma or opportunity.
Endorse. Anyone who's up to something big - needs (yes, needs!) an outside voice full of encouragement, compassion and acknowledgment. Not as a yes-type person, but as someone who knows what it takes to achieve.
Suggest. Honorée wants a lot for you. She wants you to be healthy, happy and successful, to be on a strong financial track, to enjoy your family and friends, to have a life that inspires others - and yourself. Part of her job is to be at least 3 steps ahead of you, yet be with you. As such, she'll make requests and suggestions. As the client, you choose what to accept and do.

What is expected of you as a client?
You will be asked that you grant the coaching relationship enough room so that you can reach your goals quickly. What that means is that you be willing to tell your coach all of what you are thinking and feeling and that you be willing to listen to what she has to say. You should take the time you want to develop the trust you need.

What is expected of Honorée as a Coach?
You can expect her to be:
- Unconditionally constructive. No matter what happens during the coaching session, you can expect her to say only those things which further your life and your goals. If you are upset, you will receive understanding. If you are stuck, you will receive patience. If you can’t wait to share a victory, your Coach will celebrate with you. You will not be made wrong. You will not receive criticism or complaints.
- Straightforward. Yes, one can be unconditionally constructive and still speak directly. From time to time, your coach will ask you to start, stop or change things. Your right to decline will always be honored.

What about confidentiality?
Confidentiality means that what you are doing, how you are doing, what you have accomplished, and personal issues discussed in a session are not discussed with anyone else. From time to time, the person who referred you may ask how you are doing? The stock answer will be: “He/she is doing just fine.” (Period.)
Client lists are confidential. People may know you are working with a coach, but that information would not come from your coach.

How does the actual Coaching take place?
Honorée's coaching practice is conducted exclusively on the telephone. She will call you at pre-scheduled times. Clients schedule two sessions per month. One unscheduled session per month is also available with any coaching package. Calls last 30 to 45 minutes. The monthly fee is payable in advance. Additional time is billed at an hourly rate.
