Your 100-Day Action Coaching Program for Accelerated Success
Have you wondered what it would take to jump-start your business and take it to a whole new level? Perhaps you are struggling with the basic challenges every business owner and service professional faces – procrastination, time management, disorganization, people “problems”, executing strategic plans (or even creating them!), balancing personal and professional life -- and there are, of course, many others.
For a select group of individuals, I have created the STMA™ (Short-Term Massive Action) 100-Day Action Coaching Program for Accelerated Success to help you get – and stay – on track! This Program is for anyone who wants to jump-start their momentum and create success in every area of their life faster and easier than ever before, and is excited at the prospect of having the benefits of their own personal mastermind group as an added bonus!
I know this Program works because it is one that I’ve used personally and in my coaching business for almost two decades. I continue to achieve – and help my clients to achieve – greater levels of success than we ever thought possible.

Here’s how it works:
- You receive your STMA™ 100-Day Program Manual. You will answer the Point A questions and create your 100-Day Action Plan. You will have a pre-start call with your coach and fellow group members.
- Day 1 of 100 – First call, review of goals and desired outcomes, including your shiny new 100-Day Action Plan.
- 6 Calls scheduled over the course of 100 Days. Prior to these calls, you will fax or email your Coaching Call Maximizer.
- Session 2, Getting Organized
- Session 3, Time Maximization
- Session 4, People* Management (Family, Friends, Co-workers & Clients)
- Session 5, Identifying & Magnetizing Your Ideal Clients and Strategic Partners
- Session 6, Consistent, Effective & Efficient Marketing
- Session 7, Keeping the Momentum
- Day 100 of 100 Celebration Call. You will identify your progress to your original vision, goals and purpose.
- Post-STMA Review Call – a comprehensive review of the past 100 Days. You will have the opportunity to assess and evaluate your progress over the course of the Program and set yourself up for future success.
- You will have the option to begin another STMA™ 100-Day Group Program, step up to Private Coaching, have “a la carte” (when you need it) coaching, or take a break from coaching.
Additionally, you will have the option to submit a Weekly Progress Sheet on Fridays or over each weekend for review and additional support.

The next STMA 100-Day Action Program begins:
- Tuesday calls: every other Tuesday at 9 am Pacific / 12 pm Eastern, beginning January 6, 2009.
The Time Investment in Your Business:
This intensive STMA 100-Day Action Program is designed to get you sprinting your way to becoming the effective, efficient executive you are meant to be - by guiding you through your action plan to business generation, time management and financial success. Here is the time investment you’ll make:
For those 14 plus weeks, we’ll be working together, creating and following your action plan to greater business success. (The course is actually 16 weeks of calls because week one is the “getting started” week. We also take breaks for relevant holidays.)
With the STMA 100-Day Action Program, it’s impossible to lose your focus! Because of the continuous focus and constant exposure to like-minded driven professionals, you’ll have the on-going support you need, as you need it. The time-tested curriculum that has gotten hundreds of service professionals on the fast track before the program ends.
Here’s what we’ll do during the program:
Meet for 90 minutes every other week with Honorée for business coaching calls:
Nine (9) live, one hour teleclasses with Honorée (Just so you know, Honorée's private coaching costs is almost $1000 per hour.)
All calls are recorded and posted online the same day. It’s virtually impossible for you to make every single call. We expect that you’ll miss from time to time but we do expect that you listen to the recordings and do the assignments that correspond to that call.)
Meet for Accountability Days with a certified STMA business coach:
- Throughout the program we offer optional Accountability Days. If you choose to attend the Accountability Days, you’ll call in at the top of each hour, share for about 30 seconds what you're going to do for the next hour, then run off to get it done. The next hour, you'll check in by sharing what you've completed and then what you plan to do next. You can come every hour or for some of the hours - your choice!
You can use this day to work on anything you need to complete, from working on your STMA assignments, to cleaning your office, sending out your invoices, or scheduling self-care time...it’s up to you. It’s a great way to get some things done and a lot more fun when you know other people are doing the same. And anyone who has participated in an Accountability Day will tell you, the time goes by very quickly and it’s amazing how much more we get accomplished by checking in with each other.
Though completely optional, we highly recommend all participants do the business coaching exercises with this program. It keeps you moving and thinking about your future, and it reinforces your focus and commitment to stay on track with this lead generation system.
What if you don't have time to do the exercises?
You can, and will, be a success even if you can’t finish every single exercise. We’ve seen people skip the exercises, yet they still get momentum and create massive levels of success.
